These Terms describe your use of RuleCord, a trading-discipline, journaling and performance-review application. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
1. Operator and contact
RuleCord is operated by Shazil Saif, operating RuleCord. RuleCord is the product/service name, not a separately incorporated company. Contact support@rulecord.com for support, legal notices or questions about these Terms.
Business/contact address: pending confirmation. An unverified address is not published here; please contact support for correspondence arrangements.
2. What RuleCord does — and does not do
RuleCord helps you record trading plans and rules, journal decisions, track adherence and review analytics. Guardian evaluates recorded answers against your rules; Solis provides AI-assisted feedback on recorded activity and supplied chart evidence. RuleCord does not place, execute or block orders at a broker.
RuleCord is not a broker, exchange, financial adviser, investment adviser, portfolio manager or signal provider. Information and AI feedback are educational and informational, not financial, investment or trading advice. We do not recommend buying, selling or holding financial instruments. You alone are responsible for trading decisions, risk, records and compliance with rules that apply to you.
Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. Historical statistics, process scores and examples do not guarantee future results, profitability or discipline. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent and must not be treated as instructions to trade. Review the full Trading & AI Disclaimer for additional context.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Use RuleCord only if you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. Provide accurate account information, verify your email when requested, protect your credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; do not share credentials or impersonate another person.
A RuleCord account does not confer eligibility to trade any instrument or access any broker. Keep your own copies of important records; RuleCord is not a regulatory recordkeeping service.
4. Subscription, cancellation and refunds
The current RuleCord plan is $9.99 USD/month, a recurring monthly subscription with no free trial. The configured price is tax-inclusive; Dodo Payments handles applicable transaction taxes as Merchant of Record. Check the hosted checkout and receipt for the final amount, any valid discount and currency details. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or other charges.
Dodo Payments is Merchant of Record for purchases: it handles payment collection, billing documents and applicable transaction taxes. Its purchase terms shown at checkout also apply. RuleCord does not collect full payment-card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the supported billing flow.
From Settings → Billing, open Dodo Customer Portal to manage your payment method or schedule cancellation at the next billing date. Complete cancellation before the next renewal and retain the confirmation; contact support promptly if you cannot use the portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not shorten access through your already-confirmed paid-through date. That date is shown in RuleCord and is not necessarily the provider's next charge date. Ordinary cancellation does not delete your account or automatically erase records.
Cancellation does not automatically produce a refund or a prorated credit. We do not promise a money-back guarantee. Send refund, duplicate-charge, unauthorized-charge or service-delivery concerns to support@rulecord.com, or use the support details on your Dodo receipt. Requests are handled under applicable Dodo purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights; approved payment refunds are processed by Dodo. Nothing here excludes any refund or other remedy required by law.
A failed renewal may restrict future access. Any temporary access shown in the application does not extend the purchased billing period or guarantee indefinite access. Changes to future pricing or material subscription terms will be communicated before they apply, with any consent required by applicable law.
5. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain rights you have in your trading plans, journal entries, trades and uploaded content. You authorize RuleCord and its service providers to store, process and display that content as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service, including generating the AI feedback described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Upload only content you are entitled to use. Do not submit unnecessary personal information, broker credentials or confidential third-party material. RuleCord software, branding and original service materials remain the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose, not to resell, copy or misuse it. AI output may not be unique; verify it before relying on it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, upload malware, harass others, attempt cross-account access, bypass authentication or quotas, abuse AI/payment/email services, or interfere with availability. Do not present RuleCord or Solis outputs as authorized trade signals, professional advice or guaranteed results. Reasonable service limits apply, including the current 40 accepted AI reviews per user per UTC day.
7. Availability, changes and account termination
We aim to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free analytics or AI output. Maintenance, third-party outages and changes may affect features. We may make reasonable updates, address security risks or suspend misuse; where practical, we will give notice of material changes or discontinuation. Mandatory contractual and consumer remedies remain available.
You may stop using RuleCord and request account retirement or deletion assistance through support. There is no automatic public account-deletion feature at present. Subscription cancellation is a separate billing action: do not assume a support/deletion request stops renewal until cancellation is confirmed. Some billing, security or legal records may need to be retained, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every need. RuleCord is not responsible for your trading decisions or market outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including trading losses, lost profits or opportunities arising from reliance on informational or AI output.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive mandatory protections or remedies available to you.
9. Governing law and updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any non-excludable rights applicable where you live. No exclusive city/state court or dispute venue is designated here. Please contact support@rulecord.com first so we can try to address a concern; doing so does not remove your legal rights or required deadlines.
We will identify changes with an updated date and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. New or changed terms do not retroactively remove rights associated with completed purchases. Business address and any specific venue provisions remain pending legal review.
